A noodle shop that also sells pizza puffs, which tells you most of what you need to know about how Chicago this place is. The chicken rice arrives poached and fried on the same plate so you never have to pick, and the broth comes on the side in its own bowl. Their own sign reads don't try it, you won't like it, which is the kind of joke you only make when you are sure about the food.
